Plain English: we collect only what we need to run the store and answer you.
Newsletter
If you sign up, we temporarily store your email while waiting for you to confirm it. After confirmation, the private list stores your email and signup time. We use it only for Hampton Marketplace updates. You can unsubscribe here at any time.
Contact form
If you send a message, your name, email, and message are delivered to the Hampton Marketplace mailbox so we can reply. The website does not add contact messages to the newsletter list.
Abuse protection
The forms keep short-lived, one-way technical identifiers to limit automated spam. They do not add your raw IP address to the subscriber list.
Shopify and eBay
Purchases, customer accounts, payments, orders, and marketplace activity are handled by Shopify or eBay under their own privacy terms when you use those services.
Sharing and retention
Hostinger provides the website and mail hosting. We do not sell the contact or newsletter information collected by this website. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe; contact mail is retained only as needed to respond and operate the store. Security backups can retain earlier copies for recovery.
